Deposits     We require a deposit of one hundred dollars. This deposit is your guarantee that we will not place the puppy of your choice with someone else. This deposit is also our guarantee that you will be purchasing the puppy dog specified, therefore the deposit is non-refundable.  Deposit is only refundable if said puppy is not available for you.  You will be notified when your puppy is ready to come to his/her new home. This is usually at 8 weeks of age. If your puppy remains at our kennel longer then 10 days after notification, there will be a per week boarding charge added to the cost of your puppy.  If you have not made arrangements to pick up or recieve your puppy, I will asssume this puppy is avaialble for others.

Payment information  We prefer to have the puppy paid for before 7 weeks of age.  Personal checks are excepted, but must clear our bank before your puppy leaves our kennel.  We have Pay Pal, but please add the 3% surcharge.  Puppies will remain at our kennel until completely paid for.

Shipping  Shipping is available for an additional  two hundred fifty dollars. This includes airfare, and a travel crate that you keep.  

Conditions of Sale

All puppies are sold with registration Papers and health record.

Said puppy is Guaranteed until 1 year of age against genetic defects that could affect the puppies quaility of life.

Breeder is not responsible for any changes to the coat.

Breeder guarantees the puppy to be healthy at the time of sale.

Buyer agrees to have said puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of time of delivery, or guarantee is not applicable.  If said puppy is other then healthy it should be returned to the breeder immediately. and the purchase price will be refunded.  Deadline for refund is one week and only after examination from breeders vet, and a written statement forwarded to Breeders vet, from buyers vet. for the purchase price to be refunded.

Breeder is not responsible for any shipping charges, or vet bills once the puppy leaves our care.  Breeder does not assume any liability for any injury of said puppy after delivery.

Buyer is responsible to maintain the puppies health condition, vaccinations, and dewormings, and any other procedures to insure good health.

The Breeder has provided everything possible to produce a healthy sound puppy, by raising the puppy in the best possible way in regards to diet, exercise, socialization, and veterinary's care.

PURCHASER'S STATEMENT

The buyer guarantees that they are not acting as an agent in the purchase of this puppy, and that it will remain in his/her custody.

The buyer swears that they are not associated with a pet store, or animal broker.
